Give me a "YES" if you believe that emotional states can be created consciously! For most of my life I did not know that I can choose and guide my emotional state. The recipe for having a healthy emotional state was not handed to me, I learned it while doing my SOUL WORK! I learned to pay attention to makes me happy vs. what makes me unhappy on a consistent basis. I thought myself to do more of what makes me happy and avoid or eliminate of what does not make me happy. 


In this podcast, I share with you the different ways that you can build your emotional resilience, especially in this turbulent and transitional time in our world.
