Our friends are a family that we choose. On this episode I remind you that we become like our friends so we better choose them carefully. There's no greater influence on our quality of life than the quality of our friendships. Having quality friends helps us learn more about ourselves. They hold up a mirror so we can see ourselves through their eyes and give us a fresh perspective on who we are.
