Welcome to Season Two! Our podcast has a brand new name - Breath Again! If the last year and a half thought us one thing, it is to be grateful, especially our breath! To revisit life, to let go of what no longer served us or our planet and to breath again.
On the first episode of season two, Adey goes over the importance of sisterhood. She starts with explaining the what the divine feminine energy is, how we as women possess that energy and why she took over half the year off to herself to connect with her inner divine femininity. She also breaks down how the way you see the world makes up how you will function. She gives a breakdown of how your family (which includes culture), gender and spiritual personality (destiny) shape how you live out this reincarnation or life. All of these factors are important to know when leading with the divine feminine energy.
