Join me and my guest Cheryl Harris, MPH, RD who has trained extensively in mindfulness and mindful eating. Join us on this soulful conversation about the intersection between mindfulness, digestion, and autoimmune health.
Mindful eating is an approach to food that focuses on individuals’ sensual awareness of the food and their experience of the food. It has little to do with calories, carbohydrates, fat, or protein. The intention is to help individuals savor the moment and the food and encourage their full presence for the eating experience.

Friday Apr 24, 2020
Friday Apr 24, 2020
Among the many crises COVID-19 has dragged along with it, domestic violence is another public health concern we are facing which seems to be flourishing in the conditions created by the pandemic.
With the efforts that are believed to keep the virus from spreading, the lockdown many of us are all experiencing has created a surge in violence as families and those who share homes are spending more time together.
My guest today has written two books: "Escaping the Boy: My Life with a Sociopath" and "Unashamed Voices: True Stories Written by Survivors of Domestic Violence, Rape and Fraud Exposing Sociopaths in Our Midst".
